Budget Rent A Car

I reserved a van for our vacation on April 20th 2021. I received numerous reminders to pick up on June 24, 2021. The morning of pickup, I got a reminder. So I signed in. An hour before pickup, I was called telling me they did not have a van for me and could not help me locate one anywhere else. He said he couldn't help me.
This completely ruined our vacation. We could not go since there were 7 of u us, this is why I rented the van. Since it was the last minute, I lost deposits for reservations to where I was going. Very disappointing since we have been quarantined for so long and planned this vacation. I would never recommend budget to anyone.
