ADT Security Services - Service issues since the day of install. Want the contract cancelled but refused

I am having a issue concerning a purchase of a security system from adt. Since the first day I had it installed I have had nothing but problems with the service properly working. I dealt with michael deek aho I assume is the sales person in my area. Upon the meeting with mike I as informed I need to upgrade my internet speed, and I made that change ASAP as mike requested. The issues were the cameras
Kept going offline and I informed mike about this issue immediately. I wanted to cancel the service and mike kept begging him a chance to resolve the issues, an I did allow him time. I sent mike text messages and we spoke on the phone concerning me just cancelling the service but once again mile promised and begged me to give him a chance. I made things very clear I did not want to get locked into a 5 year contract with a service that did not work as offered and mike kept asking for time, and I allowed him the chance. Anyways, I had comcast come out to my location twice within a week because I was getting a message on the camera. S stating there was a slow internet connection. On wednesday december 9, 2020 I had someone come out to repair the issues. His name is girard and he spent about 3 hours here. He had no idea what was going on and he called his tech support to troubleshoot the issues. Between girard, and the people he called had no idea what was causing the issues and stated this is something they have never seen happen before. Unfortunately, girard had other appointments and after about 3 hours with no idea he scheduled another appointment in january with more time. I called mike and informed him that girard and tech support had no idea what the issue was. I had at this point had enough with adt service not working since day one. Every day I had issues I used the adt trouble shooter which most times did not load so I went online for answers since adt tech support had no answers. I kept informing mike deek I wanted out and he just kept begging for more time and now I know he trapped me into a contract. Anyways, even though mike stated my internet speed was more than enough I upgraded once again from a speed of 600 to 1000 because I keep getting a message on the closest camera stating a slow internet connection. At this time I was not concerned about the other camera's because the closest one did not work. On saturday late afternoon I received a phone call from a tech named tj who would come out now and check the system. I was not home but agreed to go home and meet him. Tj as one of the installers. He stated he saw the work order and because he installed it wanted to see what the problem was. He stated he left in a hurry and was going to get some food but he did not have any money on him. Due to the fact he offered to come out so late on a saturday night I gave him $20.00 because he spent about 2 hours. I do not think tj was gone 10 minutes and the camera. S went off line so I called mike once again. Mike was beginning to get pissed off with me texting and calling him. Sorry but I have a service that does not work and I wanted out, but miks always had other ideas. Upon speaking with mike I informed him that tj saw the work order and requested that he be sent to my address. Mike had a different story because he told me he personally called tj and asked him to do a favor for him and go look at my system, oops, open mouth insert foot.
Now, mikes called me with a offer and I agree to look at it. Mike called me an stated his request was approved. Now before I make my final decision (because I do not trust mike and adt) I want to know exactly what I am being offered. I want to see some information on the product and look at reviews. After several attempts mike never provided any information. Apparently mike had finally locked me into a contract and secured his commission so now he doesn't know who I am.

Now I called adt because someone mentioned about bluedart which is a month to month without any contract. When I requested several times to mike I no longer wanted any 5 year contract he never offered me any options? Because all he cares about is lining his pocket. Anyways, when I called to cancel I was informed I could not cancel and would be charged a penalty, I became very upset with all the lies. I informed adt that I have had nothing but problems and since the install date I have had 2 technicians come out to my property within the first week and still have issues. I was informed according to issues only 1 person came out. So now I find out mike is not documenting my service calls so I have no proof of having any issues. Now, I know tj does not live down the street and I do not believe he is coming out on a saturday night for free. It. S my own personal opinion that mike paid him out of his pocket or adt paid him for a service call that is not documented and I get screwed because things are not documented. Here is another issue (but I can not prove it) when installing the system I asked about adding another window alarm and how much it would cost. I was informed it was about $50.00 ans rather than change everything on the computer they would just give it to me for free but they will accept donations. So I paid the $50.00 donation. Now, since I find adt so dishonest I am just wondering if I am also paying adt monthly for this free gift.
So back to the cancellation, I as informed if I wanted to cancel my 5 year contract without any penalty I would have to purchase a adt blue system with everything I have now. According to the information the free gift was listed on my account so that makes me wonder if adt is charging me for the gift. I purchased the adt blue only to get out of the contract because $400.00 was a lot less than paying $3000.00 for something that does not perform.

At this point I will have a security system I just knot know if I will use adt. As I stated, I purchased the adt blue just to cancel the 5 year contract as promised but who actually knows what is actually going to happen? Only adt knows for sure.
I have the adt blue and have not opened the box or have any intention to install it at this time. I am not aware of any contract for adt blue stating I have to install it and activate my account, but I am sure adt has plans to shove it up my [censored] once again. Due to me being elderly I am not a excellent reader and I trust the people I deal with to be honest. Apparently ady encourages people to take advantage of the senior citizens.

In closing I tried to express my feelings about dealing with adt without being rude and words you do not like to hear. Mike deek was advised in a text to replace the whole system (like he recommended at 1 time) or just remove it and cancel everything. Mike never responded.

All mike needed to do was be a man and state the system would not work on my house. Girard and adt tech support very clearly stated this issue had never happened before. So why is michael deek trying to force a system on me that does not work. I asked mike deek to downgrade my system and remove the cameras off my account since they did not work efficiently and he absolutely refused me that option. I may have left some things out and mike has accused me of making changes to the system. I did this when the cameras went offline and changed my modem for my internet. I did this through tech support, and troubleshooting on the internet. I followed what information was offered and I did this because adt does not have any idea what the issue is.
