I came in last Sunday to the Panama City camping world and started the process of buying a camper. I put a down payment down and set a delivery date of Friday the 5th. I also explained that we need it to be ready on Friday as we have to move into it while our home is getting repairs from hurricane Michael. On Friday my wife and I took off work early to make our appointment at 12:30 to sign all the paperwork and do our walkthrough of the RV and it was supposed to be delivered immediately after. We showed up early for our appointment let them know that we were there and ready when they were, but they weren't ready until 1:00, (they weren't with a customer either) so we go through all the paperwork with a few corrections needing to be made, but no big deal. Then came the walk around of the RV which we bought new (m33 mallard). The outside and inside was dirty not even an attempt to detail it, the propane tanks were empty, there was water damage to the outdoor kitchen, it was missing a dump handle, half the keys were wrong/didn't work. So obviously they couldn't deliver it, the salesman Jesse apologized but said he couldn't do anything about it, but they promised that they would get it fixed and deliver it no later than noon the next day. I went to the store manager and explained all this to him, and one, he was unaware of it all, two all he said was that he apologizes for the inconvenience. The next day (when they are supposed to deliver it) I stay home so that I am here when it comes. Complete no show, no call or anything, until I called to see where they are. Jesse just said that they are waiting on the driver and there's nothing they can do.
So all around this has been an awful experience and terrible customer service. With everyone just blaming someone else. This is unacceptable, especially for a company as large as yours.
