Two issues. 1) The pharmacy notified my yesterday (4 May 2021) that a script was ready for pick up by 1300 hours yesterday. I went today to pick it up and they had notified me in error. 2) For the last three times going to this store the male pharmacist was NOT wearing his mask, but filling out customer prescriptions and his assistant had a mask on but not covering her nose. There is a sign at the door stating customers should wear masks, why not staff? Not surprisingly, some customers seeing this were wearing masks improperly. I can walk to this CVS outlet, but no longer feel safe in the store. Steve Druhe [protected] [protected]@msn.com
Desired outcome: Staff adhere to store policy and don't messages to come to the store whn the script was not filld.
