Kraft Heinz

Today 9/5/2015 my husband purchased a box of the Velvetta Mac & Cheese made with the 2% milk by mistake, we buy the regular product. This has got to be one of the worst products we've purchased in a very long time. The cheese was not creamy coming out of the package instead it came out in a cream covered lump that looked almost like it was starting to dry out. It took a long stirring time to get it to melt then it tasted awful. What are you people doing? I cannot believe your testers say this mess taste good. I'm very disappointed in Kraft Foods.
