Our family of four went to this location on 4/7/2019 @ 5:30 pm. It took 40 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant, but almost an hour to get food on the table. This is not a wait staff issue, rather a management concern; failure to have an adequate amount of trained kitchen staff on hand. My wife's steak was ordered medium rare and was delivered well done as were my sausage patties. It is against the law in Florida to crush the juiciness out of a sausage patties with a spatula and served blackened cardboard in it's place. The same applies to the steak my wife received and sent directly back only to get a medium steak in return. These items of concern were all kitchen (grill) issues. Please, I beg of you, intercede and train an alternate cook. A few more wait staff would help on the weekends also. I am from Ohio originally and Bob is rolling in his grave over this travesty. I am not one to complain to managers who simply blame the staff and move on. Fix this please, as we have trusted your restaurant for many years and are seriously disappointed. I do not want a refund, I want the service back that I have come to expect from Bob Evans, and the food quality to be edible. An alternative solution would be to return Bob Evans sausage for sale in our local groceries, we'll cook the goodness at home.
