CVS

Hello and thank you for letting me complained... Problem is and it won't be the last time that when I call the pharmacy they won't pick up, I'm in the phone right now and I can hear when they pick up and re put it back in hold... It's been 22 minutes now and counting... I'm sick and I cannot pick up my prescription and I've been calling all day to ask them to hold it till tomorrow before they pull it out of the shell... Well I'm also will call Tallahassee tomorrow and will create an action act case, this is too much... I'm a long term customer and don't like to go through this kind of headache... It has been now 28 minutes and still getting it put on hold...
