Attached to this mail I am attaching my formal complaint about the mal function of the vehicle rented from your company on december 11, 2019 in the name of Stephan Neresoff contract No.RA [protected]. I am not satisfied with the reduction that I got on the delivery of the car on 07.01.2020 of $135.00 for the trouble of the impossibility to use the car under normal circumstances from the 12.11.2019 until 12.30.2019 when I got a exchange at your branch in Ft.Lauderdale International Airport.
I feel that a payment of $ 865.70 is not fair to the trouble with rented car until december 30, 2019 and I should NOT been charged with this rental payment during this lapse of time which amounts to 20 days of limited usage due to the mentioned failure. I think that the credit amount of $135.00 is not a fair arrangment with all the trouble that I had with vehicle.
At delivery on 01.07.2020 I was curtiosly attended by Mr. Brito who offered me the mentioned credit amount, please review my written complaint and let me have your answer, regards Stephan Neresoff.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
