May 14,2023 went Outback, at 16547 Fishhawk Blvd. Lithia Fl. 33547, [protected]. I told the waitress to add the rewards, but she didn't. So I was at Outback today 5/27/2023 and asked how to add the rewards and was showed how to do it. When I came home I got the receipt for 5/14/2023 and proceeded to add the information, it kept saying don't recognize the transaction. I put in the following info.
