I had ordered a dozen swizzled berries for delivery on the 14th of february. They came on the 13th of february and sat out in the hot sun. Even though they were in a package with a cool pack in it. The berries had been ruined. It states that you should eat the product within 24 hours of receipt and we were not able to due to them not shipping on the proper date specified. Also three of the berries' chocolate coating was broken and had fallen off. I have ordered in the past from this company many times now and this is the second time I have had a sub-standard product. I hope in the future this will not happen again or I will have to take my business elsewhere.
