Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Reservations and customer service
I am tying to rent a car in Lakeland Fl for 1 day to go to the Airport.
I am being told they no longer have other location drop off. My husband and I have been renting from Enterprise for over 15 years. He rents a truck for 6 mos at a time when working out of town at approx. $3000 a month.
Why is this now a policy? I was trying to reserve a car for May 13th so its not like I was waiting till the last minute. I guess customer loyalty is not a priority with Enterprise .
