I am writing this email in reference to a recent purchase at store # 753 for a dining room table - I am looking for assistant in regards to how I was treated at this particular location. I was treated beyond poorly as a customer of several years. I was delivered the wrong shape of my dining table, I ordered a rectangle table and was delivered a round table. I contacted the store where I was told to bring the round table a few days later and was called on that day to bring the table as I entered the store I was not greeted by the sale lady linda instead yelled at by her as to "where is the table" I advised it was in my vehicle and I kept asking if my table was available - she ignored me because was attending to other clients but later then yelled at me to bring it to the back of the store - as I looked in shock I asked if my rectangle table was here as I was told it was at the store - she then yelled across the room "your table is not here - bring me the one you have, I can't do nothing you should have called" meanwhile I was called by her that morning to come and bring the table - it was the most stressful time of my life to have been talked down this way especially since I was actually going to purchase more that day from the store. I was embarrassed especially knowing that my husband walked around the store and noticed the truck was behind the warehouse with my table - linda then started to say I can just cancel my order and that is exactly what I did because I was at that point of disrespect. After all of this, I have my children eating on the floor because of this experience. I am in distress - because of all of this and I need and want answers to how a customer can be treated like this.
