Capital One

We had a reservation through Capital One Travel Portal for the Key West Marriott Beachside Hotel. The Room number we stayed in was Room 326B. Capital One Travel # is H-RCH3PFSVZ3JS. Hotel Confirmation number is 2187424. Although we stayed there for only one night and the cost was over $200, I have to say the experience was not great throughout our last road trip.

1. The remote controller in that room is not working properly. The right arrow button had no response at all even with hard presses.

2. Coffee machine is not clean. We saw the coffee machine's water tank filled up with oilly stuff.

3. The elevator in the resort building 3 is not working at all and the stairs are at the far end which is very inconvenient for us to access in between the hotel room and parking garage.

We would like to report this complaint and hope these can be improved. We felt the amount we paid as $200 is not equivalent to the service we received. Please help to look into this and let us know.
