I send to them proved I have hardship that I I need them to fo something with the loan lower the payment or modified. Just now on august 2022 and september 2022.. They say I loss the imigation. Sps send inaccurate information to me saying that im current saying I able to paid the the mortgage when they know im short proved in papers they have.. Also they say is not benefit from them so they dont have options for me.. They know my home have a lot equity value.. They lie to customer about this..
