Captain D's

I'm constantly going to Captain D's at 7916 Atlantic Blvd Jax, Fl,32211 and it's the same thing the night manager is rude and very short and they will always tell you to pull up at the drive thru window even when there are no cars behind you. Every time it's at least a 15-45 minute wait. I order a 3 piece fish and it took 30 minutes for the young lady to bring it out. You're very lucky if they get your order right the first time. Don't leave without checking your food or you may be extremely disappointed when you get home. It's a shame when you're paying for a service and listening to the staff complain and management complain about how they were treated poorly at other restaurants! The shameful thing is corporate office doesn't care neve get back to you and forget how much people love the food when it's right but hate the nasty attitude and bad service received from this particular store and the one on university blvd isn't that much better. I'm going to drop off some Wal-mart vests to them so they can collect shopping carts in the parking lot there. You know what I apologize Wal-mart shopping carts collector you're better then them and you care!
