Waffle House

Manager discriminated against me due to color. He didn't want me to make more money then the white servers. I'm a stronger server so him and district told me I we will not swap sections and we will split the tip she makes more a hour than I do. I asked why we can't swap my section slow? He stated that then she would be like me with no money. I work hard and i'm fast paced to turn my tables. I don't mind helping her. I want a explanation why am I the only one. I'm waiting on cooperate for a transfer. I'm out of work due to this situation
