Purchased 2 Rocker Recliners from the Ft. Myers, FL store due to loss of all belongings from Hurrican Ian, Sept. 28. We were assured the color/style we choose were already on order and delivery would be 1st week of January 2023. After no communication, contacted our sales person late January who said they were made! Next couple of calls we were told they were boxed,.. Called to speak to a manager today and he was not available, another employee attempted to help but told me I was not the only one sitting on beach chairs, computers lie & basically I could not cancel my order. I have now disputed this amount on my credit card. Very frustrated with the attitude of these employees, not a good representation of your company.
Desired outcome: Cancel and refund in full, no penalty & would appreciate a response.
La-Z-Boy - 010726 leather grey rocker recliner
I purchased two matching leather recliners on Jan 1 2021. On 8/23/21 I called and spoke with Brian at Fort Myers where I purchased from he stated he would ship me two new backs in less than 30 days. He called and left message on my work phone that my claim was denied because it is discontinued. That is crazy! If these were truly leather as stated on my paper work they would not wear like they are.
Desired outcome: Replace chairs
