On your web page and in the printed publication "Camp Florida" you advertise that you have cable tv access and a picnic table on each site. You have neither. I asked Heather in the office about the cable and she said, "oh, we don't have cable'. I would not have booked one month here if I knew that. We booked in December for a month-long stay Jan 1-Feb 1, 2022. I want a refund. We checked in on Dec 31, 2021 just as the office was closing for the long holiday weekend. They were closed Sat, Sun, and Monday, so I couldn't find anyone to talk to about it. This morning the office was supposed to be open but there was no one there at 10:30 a.m. We are leaving in the morning and I want a refund of my 794.00 less 4 nights' stay.
