April 4th during my visit with my primary doctor boucher, she sent 4-5 prescriptions to cvs pharmacy. I called their pharmacy april 5th and the pharmacist andrew advised me they have them. After communicating my health insurance information to him, advises me they do not accept blue cross blue shield. So I asked him how much out of pocket would it cost. So he went through each prescriptions one by one and told me the total would be $150.
I told him that is too much and told me to locate a pharmacy who accepts my insurance and I did.
Walgreens does and so I called them to call cvs dade city pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions over to them and said they would
So april 6th today I call walgreen zephyrhills and the pharmacist has my information, told me they called cvs dade city and they have not yet transferred these 5 scripts over to them.
I called cvs dade city, and pharmacy has no record of my prescriptions but have a note for andrew to transfer them over to walgreens. So they tell me they have no record for any new prescriptions.
This is the third time this year cvs dade city pharmacy has done this and even once they were giving me someone elses 6 prescriptions when in fact I only had one sent to me.
This is outrageous, please be advised I am reporting you to the state of florida.
