I got to the counter, there was a man making copies. The girl working was doing nothing. I wanted to get one peace of 8.5 x 11 paper laminated. I was told it was $ 2.00 plus to leave it and come back or $3.00 plus to get it now. I told her I would pay the extra to get it now. A lady walked up behind me, and she told me well you will have to weight anyway. so she took the ladies order first. This toke 15 to 20 minutes. Then she laminated my peace of paper, this toke less then 2 minutes. She could have let the lady wait two minutes, and I could have left. Store manager came and told me they guarantee to have it done in a hour, so she did nothing wrong. What is wrong with this?. This was not the way to treat a customer.
