Comfort Dental

My son required his wisdom teeth as well another tooth extracted. Comfort Dental required me to pay for the service in full just to make the appointment even though we have insurance. I paid the $4, 659.10 (mind you, during a global pandemic), and the appointment was scheduled and service was rendered, back in September of 2020. As for January 2021, I have still not received a refund asks insurance has also paid Comfort Dental for said services. I have been calling the office manager of my local Comfort Dental and each time, I am told "upper management" is reviewing the refund. So to summarize; Comfort Dental has been paid by me and the insurance company (double dipping) and only once I have called hounding them for a refund are they even reviewing my account. Times are difficult for us all during Covid, but to have a large company such as Comfort Dental scam folks out of such a large amount of money is disheartening and shameful. *My son had a second phase appointment scheduled for 2/5/2021, Howe er I cancelled as I can't imagine giving this company anymore of my business.
