It seems every time I call or go to our local CVS Pharmacy, the assistants are rude. I called on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 to fill my Rx which requires me to call because of the prescription type. They became very rude and abruptly put me on hold and gave the call to someone else. All I wanted was to ask a question. When they find out what my prescriptions are, I always get rude behavior. If they want to judge me, they should do it on their own time. A few years ago, one of them sold my husband's pain medication to another customer and they wanted us to wait for the person to bring back the medication and give to my husband. The clerk was more interested in finding out which one of them sold it. I spoke with the Pharmacist and told him we are not taking a medication that has already left the store. He refilled it and we got a $25 gift card. Seriously? I am changing pharmacies because I cannot tolerate the rudeness anymore. I have enough problems with my health then to get stressed out about calling and picking up my prescriptions. When they get rude, I tend to get rude and I don't want to have to deal with that. I just called a few minutes ago, she helped me get my prescriptions ordered and hung up without even saying good-bye, have a nice day, nothing. I am done with CVS!
