On 12/19/19 we waited in drive thru to drop off prescription. After 20 minutes of waiting, the pharmacist took my daughter's prescription and said it would be ready tomorrow 12/20/19. When I called to find out if it was ready, on hold for 15 minutes, I was told they had no record of the prescription. A representative from CareMark also called and said they can not find prescription, there is no record of it anywhere. The doctored office is closed until Monday and it appears no one can help.
