On Tuesday, January 27, 2020, my wife and I went to this location to eat breakfast. We ordered the offer on the app for two sausage crossaints, two hash browns and two coffee's. I asked for a substitution on one of the coffee's to an orange juice. Also, I was not even offered my receipt.
When I received the coffee and added creamer, the coffee was cold. Usually, when I add creamer the coffee is still hot. I asked the counter person if I could have a fresh cup of coffee, she was going to give me another cup of coffee from the same carafe that the first cup came from. She also asked another customer that came in after me if the coffee was cold. She answered, "It's lukewarm."
Then your employee proceeded to prepare the fresh pot of coffee. After what seemed an eternity, the coffee was ready. She didn't even say she was sorry or make any compensation for the fact that I had to wait so long.
I can understand that she may have been attending the drive through and the front counter, but that is no reason to treat a customer rudely.
I was not able to truly enjoy the experience of sitting down and enjoying my coffee with my meal. Nor enjoy eating breakfast with my wife because of waiting for my coffee.
I will not be going back to this Burger King again.
