This morning I went to stop and shop to purchase some veggies, I went to the self-checkout and proceeded to scan cucumbers which was on sale for 99cents so I brought two, and they came up as 99cents each, when all of a sudden Ramona comes over and snatched the Cucumbers off the scanner I asked her what was she doing they rang up right when she said to me in a stern voice now they aren't on sale and she deleted the me off and takes them. I finish my order, I go to get two more and I brought them to be cc which did scan as 99cents apiece and I purchased them I was telling Jennifer at the cc what had transpired with Ramona she said she would talk to her, but this isn't the first time Ramona has done something to me, I'm in stop and shop several times a week spending money! For a while I stop going into the store (I would only stop to buy lottery tickets) and do my shopping at Shoprite because of this Ramona. I'm kind of losing my patience!

Last week I went to Stop & Shop on Pleasant St in Attleboro at 6:15, not a cashier in the store yet, 1 self service register open. The customer before me had a problem with checkout, I solved his problem so we could keep the line moving. I went to talktostopandshop, they ignore me as they usually do. The following day I returned and I had a problem with the self service register, the cashier, on her cell phone came over to solve my problem, over riding my card with hers, eliminating my go points and I sent a message to talktostopandshop, only to be ignored.
