My husband & I went for lunch on 7/19/2019. We ordered our lunch & requested water & some bread while waiting for our lunch to arrive. All the tables were served these items after being seated after us. Water did finally arrive & we requested bread again.Bread never did arrive.
After 30 minutes our lunch arrived, other tables were served before. My husband ordered tacos & I had a salad off the skinny menu. The wrong salad arrived & I notified another waiter. I ordered a salad without cheese because of any allergy & something different arrived that had lots of cheese. Our waiter never came back to the table. I told another the waiter what I ordered. 20 minutes later another salad arrived. that had the ingredients I wanted. Unknown to me it was a larger portion than I order & did not know until bill arrived & the price was incorrect. We spent 1.5 hrs there. Tried to get the bill resolved & was rudely treated by the manager. We were in town to visit a critically ill relative in hospice care. This experience was horrendous, needless to say. We do not have a cheese cake factory in our area & we were really looking forward to our visit. We have always made it a point when traveling to eat @ your restaurant.
This experience has changed our mind.
Ricardo was our waiter. Our dear one has since passed away. I did sent a message previously to your company & never even received a reply.
Not a very good way to do business.
