Bought car in Jul 2012, I owned two Civic Hybrids before this purchase. As part of my settlement with Honda received a rebate check for $1000. But that was for a purchase after October 2012 and before May 2014. So I can't use it. My daughter drove car to Washington state in August 2012 and a rock hit the hood on the invisable bra. So I went to Honda and they told me to contact the company who installed the bra at the dealership before I bought it. So I contacted them and they would not cover it because it was damage cause by a rock not by their product. Next In late January 2013 My son had an accident at work and almost died. We were on are way to the hospital and a big rock hit our windshield. It cracked all the way across. Honda would not help and neither would our insurance. Got a ticket for windshield $40. Then I get a flat tire, I go to Honda, The service department says the tire got to hot and I had to replace it for $185. Had two more flat tires which I went to a tire shop and got fixed for $10. each time. Then I get a Recall notice from Honda and I took the car to Honda and They told me they would need it all day. So I opted to make an appointment for Thursday 6-6-2013 at 10:00 AM. My wife took it in and the service advisor Jennifer Tipton had not put me in the system for the appointment and she was not scheduled that day. So my wife had to leave the car all day, she was watching our granddaughter and had no transportation all day. Honda did not offer a car rental or anything.
