Wife goes in to pick up a prescription at 2:15 pm between Dr's appointments. Prescription not ready, the counter person can "expedite" the prescription, to be ready within 20 minutes wife waited, 30 minutes later still no prescription ready, she had leave for her next appointment. 4:15 PM I stop by coming home from work, stand in line for 30 minutes, get to the counter to be told "prescription is not ready yet, but we can expedite it for you, it will be 20 minutes or so". 2 hours after expediting, it was still not available. Not the first time this has happened to us. The store is so understaffed, nothing ever gets done on time or as promised.
Claimed loss: 30 minutes of my life wasted and unrecoverable
Desired outcome: CVS keeps it promises when it says it will have a prescription ready. If they can't have it ready at the time they promise, either a free home delivery the next day, or some sort of certificate for $ off at a future visit.
