King Soopers

I have had a few negative interactions recently with Victoria, the Pharmacist at King Soopers Highlands Ranch. On a couple of occasions, she told me she had medications and turns out she didn't have the medication. The worst part is she told me she had the medications, but when I arrived at the pharmacy, she told me she didn't. This is totally unacceptable. I don't think she is competent in her job and doesn't really understand some of the medications she is dispensing. I am so fed up with this pharmacy I will be transferring all of my prescriptions elsewhere. This is very upsetting and I won't continue to patronize this pharmacy. I am also telling my friends and family about my experiences with this pharmacy. I have been a customer with King Soopers and all of their services for over 20 years and have never encountered such incompetency . This is a critical service-pharmacy-that I shouldn't even be submitting this but I want to warn others if they are reading this input.
