I came in at about 10:15AM today to return a shirt. Ruth was at the guest service counter and was rude the entire time even though I came in friendly. I have worked in customer service a lot, so I know how stressful it can be but that doesn't give any excuse to treat everyone poorly. She kept disagreeing with me. My chip on my card isn't working because the card is old and about to expire and I have gone through it at every store. I know I have to try it 3 times before it let's me swipe and I mentioned this to her. After I pulled out the card the 1st time she told me I canceled the payment and I tried to explain that I have to insert it 3 times to let if go through and she kept cutting me off and telling me that she had to restart it in her side. I was right but she wouldn't let me explain and was not personable.

Employees get tired of Your idiocy, we deal with Customers who do not read signs and do not pay attention to the instructions they are given when it comes to inserting your credit/debit card. My guess is that you acted so stupid that it got on Her nerves. You Customers really need to have common sense before you come shopping at King Soopers.
