Comcast / Xfinity - Agents and amount of time explaining issue over and over.

I emailed tom 2 days ago explaining the problem and what happened because I couldn't get help with customer service. Why hasn't anyone responded? I spent over 3 hours one day and over 5 hours with agents putting me on hold for 30 minutes and finally hanging up and starting again over and over. Date was 7/25, 26,2023.
As I explained before, I sent a lengthy email to tom, as he asked people to do, explaining the problem in detail.
I'm still waiting for a response.

Desired outcome: I expected to be compensated with free internet or free mobile service for a time we can agree on.

My problem was my mobile iPhone not ringing and going straight to voicemail and not getting alerts I had mail. The only way I knew someone was trying to reach me was if I checked my voicemail often. I was able to text them. My phone still isn't working unless I reset it and it stops working again.
