Home Depot - Fix the website

We have had problems/issues with the website for years and years. It is very, very frustrating/painful to be on their website. Freezes up, crashes, bounces around. Will/can someone/anyone/anything be done to help/make better this website. Please, please, please, please, please do something to correct these problems. It is after all the year-2020.
