Travelodge - Went inside to reserve room

On october 2nd 2020 me and my newborn child entred into the southern doors of the motel on ore mill dr after parking my new car next to most customers vehicle under bright lights due to the heavy hooker gangster and drug head greeting even the manager is packing a glock pistol. Scared us so we decided that that motel was not par to the quality wyndam rooms where acustim to. So we where returning to the vehicle we parked less than 10 minutes ago only to learn the gankster manager had had my new car towed and laughed about it! It costed me 300 dollars to retrieve my car from the shrudy tow company that has no office site. So after 3 hours of a lyft ride searching for a office with no luck we had to get a room in this trap house dump (wyndam endorsement for selling dope pimping hoes and jacking cars to keep the motel funded) the overly large lady manager (packing heat for the armageddon) made me think they would bust down the door inside the 10 dollar discounted room the gangster crip manager stole the money from and pocketed leaving me receipt less. How the [protected]@ else are you suppose to check rates and get a room at this 3rd world motel. Im glad me and my family made it out of there. U sure want my tow truck money back. It stung and im loyal to the wyndham family of rooms but may look else where going forward hopefully we can resolve this without lawyers, car jacking detectives narcotic swat teams raiding, and human trafficking folks getting involved! I want my hard earned money back I got most of the experience on video and I may expose that dump. Give me my money and better customer service.

Travelodge - manager stephanie

I have already submitted a verbal complaint toward this woman you have managing this travelodge in manitou springs colorado. I was told I would receive a call after the investigation. I have received nothing. Although stephanie seems to think I have. I dont have complaints against all of wyndham hotels only this one as I am a longtime returning customer and have never seen anything like this. I feel I am owed $350 for her wrongly having my rv towed. Thats not even for the poor service I have received along with the horrible treatmment from her by kicking me & my family off the property. Now she is continually lying in her statements. She says she doesnt carry a gun and provides good serviice to payig customers and the list goes on.. But I invite you to look at the bbb & I believe they tell a different story. So allowing her to childishly commment on my reviews is pathetic.. Ii am being ask about my stay (its called a review). If she doesnt like them instead of threatening guest with law suits and teling lies... Maybe she should listen and learn.. Although ihave no problem with wyndham I am truly disappointed that your investigation was not done as you said. I never received a call or even a email. I will however keep bugging until something is done about this or maybe I should wait for stephanies threats of a lawsuit for giving a review and telling the truth. I do look forward to hearing from you all! I still waiting... Almost a month...

And may I please point out that this is the complaint department so that Stephanie realizes its not slander when you are told to submit complaints here. Also if Wyndham has told me not to slander them as she states, (which I havent) I welcome a copy of this to be sent to me please since it involves me.Also maybe some proof that I did slander them. I have only stated that she is tarnishing their good name. Maybe some management skills are needed in the near future if they can even help I have never seen such rude customer service skills in my life.. I invite you to please contact me as I do have a few other things to report to you that you will need to look into. If you do take the care of your guest as serious as I was led to believe upon my original contact with your complaints department?
