I was in the store I go to once or twice a day by my house and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars there, knew all the employees especially the manager Tom by a first name basis. I tried to use my debit card to purchase 2 truck batteries and it declined due to an issue between my bank and recent deposit from paypal which resulted in my account being frozen for several days. Tom saw it happen and told me I could just go ahead and take the batteries and the part I needed (valve cover gasket) and come back to him and pay for it later, I asked him if he was sure about that and he said yes I trust you! Then over the next few hours my truck broke down and ended up getting towed to a shop where it sat waiting to be worked on for the next 3 weeks. The day following it being towed I had a family member get admitted to the hospital, account was still disputing with paypal and still wasn't able to pay for the batteries and I had no way to return them since my truck was in the shop getting worked on. Following that hospital visit came another hospital visit again from my wifes immediate family, first her grandmother and then her father now both in the hospital and trouble breathing and heart problems causing poor blood circulation in the father in law. Needless to say he has had heart surgery many times and this is a very scary thing not knowing if he will be able to make it through it so its very stressful and also still waiting on the bank. Tom called me twice throughout a period of 1 week asking about the payment and I explained and he said "ok No Problem" and then hung up the phone, I assured him as soon as its ready I will be there to make the payment. Well He instead hands out my address and name, vehicle type and gives it to 2 men I don't know and has them come to my house to threaten and intimidate me about not having paid for the batteries yet and the only people that even knew of our arrangement was myself and Tom so the gentleman came to my house twice each time taking turns knocking while the other on the phone confirming the address number, my name, and vehicle description to the person on the other end of the phone which I'm to assume was Tom himself. He sent these two up to my house and threaten and who knows what really was intended there but it worked and he made me extremely fearful of my family and vehicles and my home now have been targeted by strangers trying to harass me and my family about the batteries so I got the truck back the day the guys came to my front door (have them both on my video security footage without audio) and I still had issues at the bank and just decided I would just take the batteries back to oreillys and just end the harassment by returning the batteries which were never installed but had been sitting in my truck. The guys were obviously sent to my home to arouse some sort of response to get me down to the oreillys store where I was pegged as a piece of [censored] thief, and called a loser and piece of garbage and all the words yelled at me inside the store the moment I walked in the store. It was in front of customers and employees and I can only imagine what they were all thinking, I told tom after I set the batteries on the counter that I didn't appreciate him giving strangers my address and sending them to my home to threaten me for the batteries and he yells at me that I have no proof he did that and reminded me I was being filmed in the store and I couldn't do anything. He again calls me a thief and a loser and accused me of stealing the batteries and I had turned and walked towards the door in an attempt to leave but he is walking real fast behind the counter to catch me before I exit the store and I noticed he had his hand on something on his belt which didn't know what at the time but as I have now been put in a state of confusion being told I stole the batteries and now i'm suddenly a piece of [censored] and why the manager was racing towards me when I was just trying to leave the situation but doing what I felt was right and just returning the batteries and I make it out of the store and seconds behind me was Tom picking up the pace and by the time I get to my truck he is right behind me still yelling and cussing saying since I [censored]ed him now he is gonna [censored] me, and also states he is going to whoop my [censored] and that I have no idea who he is so I was in fear not knowing what he was getting ready to do and he was so close to me at my truck door that I turned and pushed him away from in self defense and he takes the thing off his belt and unloads an entire can of the worst pepper spray that orileys has directly into my eyes at point blank range and at that point I became disoriented and he laughed and walks back inside leaving me now helpless, with no regard to my safety or anyone else as long as he got to assault me in front of all these people. I have no choice but to yell for someone to help me and couldn't even make it back to my truck and I was only 3 ft away but had no idea which way it was since I was burning in my eyes and all over my face I couldn't make the pain from the spray any better it just engulfed my whole face, shoulders, eyes mouth and nose to the point where I couldn't breathe barely. A gentleman heard me yell from help and came over and I told him what happened and that I needed to call my wife and have her come get me and ill have to leave my truck and all my tools wide open in oreilys parking lot because I didn't have the means to even get it back home. The stranger put his phone on speaker phone and I gave him the number and I called my wife and yelled to her what just happened (have the conversation recorded as well) and she came down and picked me up, before she brought me to the house she stuck her head inside the store and told tom that he has not heard the last from us and he immediately yells to her that she was on camera and couldn't do anything 2 times! She brought me home and then brought her brother back with her to pick up my truck and get it home while I lay in excruciating pain at home and it stayed that intense for the next 6 hours before slowly starting to subside. This was all very out of character for me, I'm not a thief, I pay for and work for everything I own and don't take handouts and yet the manager offers me a solution and I think he really is there to help, me but things got crazy and I couldn't make it back for a short period of time he takes the matters into his own hands and sends his goons to my personal home and apparently take care of business matters for Tom since he was on the clock as the manager at the store. He sparks a reaction by these guys I don't know who came over to attempt to kick my [censored] im sure and he knew it would get me to the store which it did and he already planned on me coming which is why he come to find out later by the cops he was wearing a body cam (not issued by oreillys) and had his hand on the pepper spray from the moment I got to the store he intended on using it on me even though I chose to limit the confrontation as much as I could let myself do and attempted to leave pretty peacefully and even turned and walked out of the store with minimal reaction and he wouldn't accept that and had to instigate it further just so he could try and justify the use of the weapon (pepper spray) because he was going to use it on me no matter what that day which is why he wore the camera he brought from home, put the pepper spray on his belt and had his hand on it even as I came peacefully to the counter in the store even with him calling me the horrible names and saying the horrible things to me as I walked up to return the batteries and be done with the whole thing. I plan on pursuing this to the fullest extent because of his negligence and reckless mentality and the fact that he is actually out there teaching oreillys employees this is the way to conduct business... thats scary

Desired outcome: $1,000,000,000 Compensation for the pain and suffering, the embarrassment, deflamation , and all the sleepless nights i now have because im not that kind of person that he painted me out to be
