Sir/Ma'am,

I have excellent experience with Chik Fil A since it opens in my town. I have dealt with Caucasian and Asian employees. They were all polite. It reminded me similar or better treatment of their customer where I was station. However, today is not the same. The employee did not represent Chik Fil A traditions. She was too confident of herself. She sounded bossy. No proper greeting at all or acknowledgement. I am accustomed to customer service rep to say "Thank You." It's a norm... supposedly. She is a sebaceous African-American with short curly hair. On the other hands, it could be my ethnicity. It's funny these African-American calls foul against Whites for racism but they are one of the race who targeted Asian-American citizen. No respect with the elderly!
