I purchased a Toro Snowblower Nov 2020 from Home Depot. Unfortunately, my Power Max Heavy Duty 828 OAE has had repeated issues. Both rear tires have fallen off, the auger gearbox has leaked oil, the skids have shown excessive wear, and now the traction gear has broken. I have only used this equipment about 7 or 8 times. I took it to an authorized dealer for repair. The dealer had it for about three months before I got it back prior to traction gear assembly breaking. Once again, I will need to load it up and take it to a dealer. (Certainly not the one who charged me $75 for doing the warranty work)

I have tried reaching out to Toro, but I can't seem to find another to speak with.

I previously owned another Toro snowblower for 22 years without any issues.

I think the one I purchased from you is a lemon.

Can you help?
