Outback Steakhouse

I had a party of 8 we came early on Sept 16 6:30 there wasn't people seated in the section we were seated. The first thing I noticed was my fork was dirty I asked for another one the waitress doesn't pay attention so I had to ask her many times I didn't get it till dinner was served. Second no no was our food sat on a tray for 10 minutes before the waitress had everything sorted out salads and soup came at the same time as the main course I think everything sat in the kitchen awhile before being brought out so everything was cold and salads were limp and the soup was unappetizing. The waitress never brought refills you had to flag her down. I think the manager and staff need to tighten up their procedure for people to come back, frankly Black Angus is the better choice in customer satisfaction and quality of food.
