On January 18, 2010 I took by grand daughters to see The Spy Next Door at 13:20 in theater 14. We arrived early and choose our seats. While I went to the concession stand one of your employees made by grand chidren move and gave away my seat after being informed it was taken. When I arrived back the person refused to move and your manger made no attempt to correct your employee mistake. No feeling comfortable leaving the children unattended for the entire lenght of the movie we had no choice but to leave. This error in judgement caused a great deal of distress for the six year old who cried for over an hour. Shame on the employee and manger who were no willing to accept responsibility for their mistakes

AMC Theatres - transportation
With Gas in California at 4.50/gallon, why wouldn't the theater
allow people--whatever their age to bring skateboards into the theater? (My son is allowed into our Catholic Church with his skateboard.) Why don't they provide a parking location for them as they do bicycles? As a parent of a responsible sixteen year old, whose transportation is a skateboard, I expect him to arrive at his own destinations without my driving him everywhere, including a one mile ride to the AMC movie theater.
The movie theatre could shove it up theirs because i'd bring my board in and if they had a problem they could have the police settle it.
They hire young kids, that dont care, and are only there for their check.
