Chevron - drive through touchless car wash

atleast 2 months ago i complained to the station attnedent about the car was not putting out soap and now today i use it agin, same thing plus it skipped the spotless rinse cycle .I had to go home and rewash the dam thing to get the dirt off your lousy car was didnt get .
