I went to the drive through today around 6pm. with only 5 cars in front of me &:waited in line for almost 20 min. I watched business disappear as cars were backing out & driving through not taking orders. The person taking order was distracted while I was ordering cut me off first time & I waited to order again. Then put car in park & waited. When I got to the window I asked if a manager or someone in charge was around & was told no he was out & she had just gotten back from a break. While waiting for my food she was helping someone inside that was complaining. Did not look like it was staffed properly & really someone took a break. This store needs training. I was given no utensils to eat what I purchased & it was so cold & gross, & 
the mishanding of my food, i didn't feel safe eating it so I threw it out in the trash after spending $15. 
Hope this isn't what your corporate standards have become.
