Costco

I'm so disappointed of costco now. I just spent over $200.00 of grocery and I need some help on putting grocery in boxes in my cart as I checker was scanning the items. His helper was just watching and not helping at all! He was not doing his job that he's being paid. I'm lady with heart problem and they expected me to bag my own grocery while this strong built young man was just standing there not doing his job. The checker was a bit embarrassed. I should not have to demand for this young man to do his job to bag my groceries. I've been a member of costco since 1986 and spend a fortune all the time. Their customer service had declined since the corona virus. I hope that this will be just a temporary thing. If they continue to take their customer for granted, I will be force to do my groceries somewhere else. I love costco, but if they will not provide customer service, I will go somewhere else.
