Please refund my money as I did not receive any food or drink. This unacceptable service has been going on for a while now at this location. I have been eating here pretty consistently for the last 6 years for lunch. I was given the wrong order twice and waited over a half hour for my food. I had to return the drink and leave after being followed outside to be told I had the wrong order. I did not receive the order I placed. The cashier guy was excellent and handled his job professionally. All other employees including the manager need to have a re-training in my opinion. The way they are conducting business at this location is unacceptable and you might want to fix that before it becomes a bigger issue then it has already become. The attitudes alone need to be stopped and maybe that will help productivity. I am a patient person and the past few experiences have me leaving your facility without my food or money. Please refund my money for this order so I can continue going here for my work lunch. I ask you, with pleading tone, please send a new crew in to fix this. This crew is severely inept and unable to handle the magnitude of this store. Once again, the cashier guy was excellent. I want to continue being a customer but I can not in good conscience keep giving them my money.
Sorry for the bad review but I just want a burrito and go back to work. I am now back at my desk without food or time to get anything else. Please respond with a solution and not an excuse as this is a long term problem and should have been addressed already.
