Budget Rent A Car

Employees at this location are on a witch hunt, looking for and creat-
ing problems for customers. I was due a refund of $150. on a oneway
truck rental, the truck was returned on time, with out damage
and with a full tank of gas, but since my initial reservation for the truck was made in my son's name not my name the employees there refused to honor the refund to me. I paid CASH in full and I was the person that signed the contract . Pls beware of that group because they are JERKS, and rip off artists to say the very least.
