I stay at your facilities quite often. Your staff usually is above and beyond more than helpful. But there's one lady in the morning in particular that is extremely rude and unprofessional and doesn't know how to run front desk of the hotel. Today Saturday, September 14 I went in there to show her that on Thursday night I was charged regular rate for the room. I am a AAA member and I express that to her. She said she needed to see documentation so I went back in there with my AAA membership form not the card and she said she couldn't except that. Now this documentation was a AAA letterhead with my membership number my address my name my signature and the date stamped and she would not except that.She expressed she didn't care about the paper or the membership number she just wanted to see the card. The last four visits I've stayed there I've had the AAA corporate rate for $74.70 with taxes and fees. so I don't understand why she wouldn't give me the refund for my AAA membership specially with documentation and seen that I've been charged the corporate AAA rate last four visits. I hope this escalates to somebody with authority and is able to possibly take care of the refund of my AAA rate and maybe train her a little bit more.
