On 6/9/2023 at 4:40, I placed a drive-through order and paid with Apple Cash. My son attempted to remove one item from the order because the Apple Cash balance was $45 and the total was $49. However, the employee cancelled the entire order, stating that they could only accept another form of payment. The $45 from my Apple Cash was deducted. I requested to speak to the manager, Maria, but she was unhelpful and showed no concern. I explained that now my children would not have a meal, as that was the only money I had for their food. Instead of offering a solution, she told me to figure it out on my own. I rarely complain, but this situation is ridiculous. I didn't receive my food, and I am unsure if I will receive a refund.
Desired outcome: for my money back or my food
