Carl's Jr. - Employee overt misconduct and manager dismissive actions.

I doordash so I was sent to this specific carls today 08/27 at 4pm - 415 pm. I was waiting for the order and as it was being made I went to use the restroom. I started going to the bathroom and immediately someone came and started messing with the door, they were trying to get in and as a human being I knew that so I pulled my pants up... When I stopped my business the person immediately went into the men's room which was next door. (these were single use bathrooms labeled "male" and "female") so I figured this person tried the wrong door? Well, as I started going again this person exited the male restroom which was right next door and if I'm being brutally honest he could hear me urinating in the Female room. Yet, he immediately opened the "female" restroom door. He basically opened the door which was locked, and stared at me... I was so shocked as he was a male and he opened the female single user restroom. Not only did he open a locked door, but he stared and lingered. I was the only female who was in the restaurant, and as I walked to use the bathroom he followed suit immediately and actually opened the door and stared at me. I then went to the manager on duty who was female, Brenda is her name, she completely dismissed me and made me feel like I didn't lock the female door properly. She basically laughed off a violation that people would call the police over. I left feeling violated and degraded. I ended up going back after I cooled off to get her name to file this complaint and spoke with the shift lead who told me she had left. He told me that if I locked the bathroom that the only way that DILLON (I got his name when I went back) could get into the female bathroom was because he used the Keypad! He did all this deliberately, and it felt deliberate while he was messing with the door after I went into the female bathroom. I am filing this complaint because I want consequences for not only Dillion but Brenda, who basically made me feel like this was my fault. I know you have a predator who has done this before working for your company. He most certainly has done this before, and will do it again. I am filing a police report on Dillion and am going to write about this horrific experience on Yelp. I have never experienced such overt violation in my thirty nine years. Something needs to be done bc I have a feeling Dillion has Done this before and will do it again. He works at 10311 folsom blvd in Sacramento, Ca

Desired outcome: The employee needs to be held accountable and lose his job. This should not be allowed to happen again. The manager should be held accountable for dismissing a horrendous customer experience while she was in charge of this establishment.
