Very upset on my Black Friday visit to this home depot store. My husband and i purchased a LG Microwave. The salesperson that helped us (LXC0Z47) told us that they had one in stock, but she told us that "they were very busy and she wouldn't get someone to find the microwave and get it down for us. That if it was ok to come later on or tomorrow to pick it up. We agreed since we understood since it was Black Friday. We paid and scheduled it to be picked up at 12. Couples hours past and we received a phone call from Home Depot saying that they had sold our microwave. That the person who sold us the microwave didn't pull it out of the system, They wanted to give us a refund. I don't want a refund i want the same exact microwave. They said that they could give us one like that one which wasn't alot to pick from in that price range. We agreed to go tomorrow to solve this issue. This is ridiculous how can you sell a microwave twice.. NEVER AGAIN BUYING APPLIANCES FROM YOU GUYS.
