On October 22, 2023, at 4:00 P. M., I used the Burger King app to place a mobile order. The order was to be ready to pick up at 4:15 P. M. from restaurant # 4179. I entered the restaurant at 4:05 P. M. but I did not ask for my order until 4:13 P. M. I received my order at 4:20 P. M. My mobile order was for 1 large fries and 2 Big Fish with no pickles, add light tomato. They put pickles on each sandwich and no tomato! I did not tell the employees because I see that they care less about customers. The two front employees were standing talking to each other. One employee was on her cell phone reading texts, and then talking to another employee. They never worked with a sense of urgency. They never wiped down or clean anything. They stood still with their backs to me talking to each other while waiting for the food to cook. The employee who handed me my food tore off the receipt before she gave me the bag.
That is why I was unable to use mybkxperience.com to complain. Unprofessional, inattentive service!
Desired outcome: I like an apology and for my food to be prepared exactly the way I ordered it and promptly given to me in a timely manner.
