CVS

I left my discount card at cvs one day and never got it back. I have tried 5 times to order a new one with no luck at all. Most of the time the coupon machine is out of order so I receive no coupons ahead of my purchases. That is why I shop there because I spend a lot and like the savings I use to get with my card. Why is it so difficult getting another card? The girl at cvs said she can not get me another card so I've called many times where finally one girl said it was sent. Never was sent. Never got it. Why can't I get another card? Simple question. Why is this such a difficult thing to ask for?
