I have used thredup. Com since 10/2023. In that time I have sent thredup. Com 4- 5 pre-paid postage via FedEx polka dot shipping bags @ $18.99/ filled bag. Theeduo has already lost/misplaced/stolen @least 3 items out up for sale. Thredup has SOLD several pairs of brand new/ original boxes women's shoes with marked prices on boxes for less than $10.00/ pair. Shows were 100 percent unworn! Thredup com randomly rejects barely used handbags and returns to me @ my cost! Thredup. Com deducts shipping to & from warehouses they own.
Claimed loss: $500.00

thredUP - Unable to obtain any type of customer service.
On 05/21/2021 I ordered some items from thredUp. I chose the multiple payments option but was to be billed the entire amount. I tried for 1 hr. 15 mins. to request a change in the mode of payment. 7 times I was told that someone would be right with me to "Chat". I waited about 15 - 20 mins. for that "live person" to contact me via Chatbox at the website. 7 different times no one ever appeared. Finally the last time I entered the reason for which I needed assistance I began to enter "Cancel my order". Within 20 minutes someone was corresponding with me and I was able to cancel my order. There is absolutely no way to reach these people where you might accidentally speak with someone who has a pulse.
Desired outcome: FINALLY I was able to cancel my order.
